Popular routes from Stoupa
Stoupa to Kardamyli (18 km, easy): A flat coastal ride through olive groves and fishing villages. Stop for coffee in Kardamyli's main square before riding back along the sea.
Stoupa ridge loop (12 km, moderate): Climb above Stoupa to the ridge for panoramic views of the Messinian Gulf, then descend through the village of Agios Nikolaos.
